As part of our team, you support people who need special support in career orientation due to health restrictions. They strengthen their self-confidence, identify potentials also in the border area of the labour market requirements and jointly develop tailor-made solutions to improve their opportunities for sustainable professional integration.

Tasks:

• Introduction of participants in the measure
• Accompaniment and guidance in the assessment of suitability
• Technical guidance in projects
• Support for application activities
• Promoting learning behaviour, work motivation and reducing integration barriers
• Planning, organisation and implementation of creative, project-related work

Requirements:

• Approved professional or academic degree
• At least 2 years of experience with the target group (1 year when completing as a masterin, technicianin or specialist with aptitude test)
• Ability to guide participants in project-related work
• Practical knowledge of the implementation of professional content in the measure Did we awaken your interest?
