Architect / Construction Project Manager for Construction Project and Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

You maintain and coordinate new planning, rebuilding and construction activities in the residential and commercial buildings of the city of Nürtingen You are a contact person for the users and you accompany the measures to building, building technology, outdoor facilities and equipment, planning, tendering and awarding, as well as building management and billing as project management and controlling in building owners function You develop budget and schedules, define project qualities and ensure their compliance

You have a completed study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification, preferably with a multiannual professional experience in the described area of responsibility, ideally with a contractor Multiannual professional experience in the described area of work or in the construction project management, preferably in public buildings You have good IT skills (MS-Office, basic knowledge CAD, AVA) and the ability to independently maintain construction measures in your area of responsibility To your expertise and your enthusiasm for the planning and maintenance of buildings, an economic way of thinking and the joy of dealing with people You work self-organized and think in solutions
