You create, structure and evaluate work schedules for components and realistically estimate processing, setup times and process sequences You are proactively introducing your manufacturing knowledge, recognizing hidden walls and building your assessments structured Du labels and structure prices, suppliers and work plans for training and scaling our company-internal AI You generate and interpret reports and evaluations from production and price data You act as a central technical interface between AI development and customer success You test and plausibilisize AI models and make sure that You correctly image real manufacturing logic

You have a technical training with training e.g. as a technician/master (m/w/d) or a completed degree in mechanical engineering, production technology or industrial engineering You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in machining (e.g. CNC turning, CNC milling) or injection moulding, and a good practical understanding for manufacturing processes Ideally you bring first practical experience in component calculation and have experience in the creation of work plans, can safely read technical drawings and judge manufacturing processes professionally You can realistically estimate processing and setup times as well as production expenses and technically understandable reasons You think analytic, work structured and pragmatic and have an interest in AI and data-based approaches You communicate clearly and solution-oriented, work in the team and have very good German and English skills
