The MEDIAN Klinik Sonnenwende is a specialist hospital for psychiatry and psychotherapy with compulsory care for the district of Bad Dürkheim and the city of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. It has an acute area with 111 stationary flat beds.

The MEDIAN Rhein-Haardt Clinic is a rehabilitation clinic for the treatment of addiction diseases and psychosomatic diseases with a total of 119 beds.

Support for commercial management in all operational and strategic concerns for the MEDIAN Klinik Sonnenwende and MEDIAN Rhein-Haardt Klinik Controlling incl. budget management, cost control, production of forecasts, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations Compilation of evaluations and statistics for authorities, cost-beneficiaries and management Participation in monthly and annual accounts (coordination of data, plausibility checks, interface to accounting) Developing and ensuring budgets and investments as well as economic planning Creation of reports, presentations and decision bases for management Support for investment and procurement projects, economic considerations of new projects Optimization of processes and key figures Support for medical controlling and testing for the auditing company Creation of quality reports

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in healthcare (m/w/d) or a successfully completed university course, e.g. excellent knowledge of all common office applications in particular Excel as well as pronounced analytical thinking preferably first experience in healthcare and first experiences with PEPP / DRG Fun at work in the team and communicative personality Optimum would be an already completed trainee program in the healthcare sector Flexible and resilient
