Rotor Blade Service Technician - Wind Power / Rope Access Technology (m/f/d)

You carry out inspection, maintenance and repair work on rotor blades of wind turbines or other components, such as tower or gondola, in Germany and abroad in rope access technology (Rope Access) You analyze and evaluate damage to rotor blades and initiate appropriate repair measures You carry out professional repairs of GRP and CFRP components such as core material and laminating work, surface processing, replacement and retrofitting of aerodynamic components (e.g. vortex generators, Serrations) You check and repair lightning protection systems on rotor blades You document the work comprehensible through meaningful damage and repair images and fill repair reports and application documentation from You maintain safety, quality and environmental standards and work closely within the service teams and with the project managers

You have a training in rope access technology (FISAT or IRATA) You have technical understanding and craftsmanship You are height-fitting and enjoy working in challenging environments You are ready to travel for missions in Germany and abroad, and have a high level of security awareness and an independent, responsible way of working You have good knowledge of German and/or English and a class B licence You have completed technical or craft training in the field of fiber composite materials, for example as a plastic technician:in or boatbuilder:in, and knowledge in the processing of fiber composite materials
