Our customers are exclusively business customers, for which we comprehensively optimize the energy costs in addition to the supply of electricity and gas. Technical and disciplinary management of the department Ensuring correct and timely creation of impact and turnus bills Responsibility for debitor and receivable management in the accounting system Optimization and further development of accounting-relevant processes Risk assessment and introduction of appropriate measures to hedge claims Processing of complex customer cases and escalations (e.g. insolvency and priority customers) Cooperation with the Management Board and cooperation and management of projects

Business studies or commercial training with further qualification Multiannual professional experience in the fields of billing, debitor management and receivable management with direct customer contact – ideally in a high volume mass business with billing and turnus bills Very good knowledge of finance and accounting according to HGB as well as a strong understanding of the impact of deductions, bailouts and receivables on the annual accounts and economic indicators Knowledge of contract law and risk management (e.g. delkredere, debt failures) are advantageous Experience in leadership and development of employees Structured, systematic and analytical procedures Embossed Hands-on-Mentality
