• Attractive over-tariff compensation based on DGB fare contract with an entry fee of 18,00 € to 22,00 €, depending on qualification and professional experience
• Adjusted working hours from Monday to Friday in day service from 07:00 to 16:15 or from 09:15 to 18:00 40-hour week with an average monthly working time of approx. 173.3 hours

REQUIREMENTS

• regular maintenance, inspection and maintenance work on the supervised technical installations and Institutions
• Systematic fault search for technical faults and Implementation of necessary repair and repair measures

PROFIL

• Ideally completed vocational training as plant mechanics for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (m/w/d), gas and (m/w/d), central heating and ventilation (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• First practical experience as a home technician (m/w/d) or in maintenance and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and Sanitary facilities are advantageous
