Declarant Customs & Export Control (m/f/d)

Competent duty and active monitoring of customs declarations of export and import shipments to the competent customs offices followed by the transfer of customs clearances to freight carriers and internal and external counterparties Responsibility for deriving and implementing measures in the event of discrepancies, escalations or audits, for example by the customs authorities Coordination of the classification of goods by customs tariff and the establishment of a collective description of goods with technical contact persons Verification and follow-up of proof of preferences, proof of export and decision of import duty Creation or updating of procedures and process instructions in the field of customs and export control Advising and supporting international subsidiaries in customs matters Creation of monthly messages for intra-trade statistics

Successfully completed commercial vocational training as an industrial or forwarding businessman with further training as a specialist or comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience Insufficient experience in customs declaration export / import Knowledge of the classification of different product groups and the application of the tariff Reliable, independent and precise operation Very good communication and team skills Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge
