Tasks: Strategic and operational management of the IT department Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Development and implementation of IT strategies to support business goals Ensuring the care standards of the company network Review of IT capacities, coordination with management and communication in the organization Optimization of business processes and development of IT solutions Control of security measures, data protection and server administration Implementation of IT risk management and vulnerability analyses

Requirements: Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in SAP environment / in SAP development Multiannual IT leadership experience Knowledge in SAP standard processes and their dependencies Project experience in SAP and ideally in IT infrastructure network experience desirable Very deep professional know-how and hands-on mentality Analytical and strategic thinking combined with high implementation Social competence, leadership, intercultural team skills and self-motivation Creativity, Enforcement, Communication and Presentation Strength Very good knowledge of German and English High readiness
