HSE Manager (m/f/d)

You continuously develop the HSE management system at the site and ensure its effective implementation You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental protection You carry out risk assessments, risk analyses, operations and HSE audits and coordinate appropriate measures You analyse industrial accidents, near events and environmental incidents and derive appropriate prevention and improvement measures. You advise and support managers and employees in all HSE-relevant issues You plan and organize training, instruction and awareness-raising in the HSE environment You collect and analyze HSE key figures and create meaningful reporting for management You accompany internal and external audits and certifications and coordinate administrative and service contact You control and optimize processes in hazardous materials and waste management at the site

You have completed studies in the field of safety engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, economic engineering or comparable qualifications. You have several years of professional experience in HSE, EHS, occupational safety or environmental management, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company You have a well-founded knowledge of occupational, health and environmental protection and the handling of relevant legal requirements You have experience in carrying out risk assessments, audits, accident analyses and training You bring knowledge of relevant management systems and standards, in particular ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, with You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of work and a high sense of responsibility You convince by the strength of communication, the capacity for implementation and a pronounced solution orientation You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
