Build progress together with passion from ideas Individually responsible management and control of projects for process optimization – from the concept phase to the piloting to the comprehensive implementation Analysis, evaluation and further development of existing processes and products with regard to economic, technical and operational objectives Interface management between construction projects, internal logistics, device management and relevant specialist departments Use of digital tools for process mapping and control Monitoring of KPIs and drawing up reports, presentations and decision templates for management Implementation of workshops and coordination with internal departments and external partners

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, logistics or civil engineering and a comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in project management with focus on logistics or construction equipment Funded knowledge in process analysis and digitization as well as experience in handling change processes Embossed analytical and solution-oriented thinking, combined with communication strength and team capacity – also in exchange with external partners Safe handling of MS Office and SAP as well as ideally experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Celonis etc.) Diplomatic skill, conciliation and persuasiveness Standing for occasional missions
