As of 1 October 2027, we will be awarding study places (m/w/d) in the dual Bachelor Program (B.A.) Legal Accident Insurance – Law, Rehabilitation and Administration Overview: Your dual study at BG RCI Within three years, we will prepare you for the up-to-date work on the subject – both at the BG RCI and at the University of Applied Sciences in Bad Hersfeld. You acquire legal, medical and economic expertise and develop scientific thinking to find individual solutions for our insurers.

Care for insured persons: support after work accidents or occupational diseases and monitoring of the medical procedures in consultation with the attending doctors. Decisions adopted: creation of recognition, rejection and pension decisions in accordance with the relevant legislation. Consultation: Investigation and comprehensive information on the available cash and cash benefits or benefits Compensation for insured persons and survivors. In addition, you will advise member companies on statutory accident insurance, in particular insurance cover and contribution calculation.
