IT Service Desk Employee (m/w/d)

You are responsible for first-level support and help end users with technical problems by phone, email and chat. You solve hardware and software problems quickly and efficiently. Incidents and service enquiries are collected, tracked and managed in the IT-ticketing system and ensures rapid processing and transparent communication. Together with the second-level support, you diagnose and address complex technical challenges. In addition, you will manage a variety of tools (including Office 365, Adobe Suite, Atlassian Suite), manage our asset management system and work closely with external service providers. You support the technical onboarding of new colleagues, e.g. setup of devices, accounts and access rights. In addition, you ensure a smooth IT operation, recognize problems early on, maintain security and quality standards and always ensure satisfied users.

You have a completed training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification and first experience in IT support. You are fit in Windows, MacOS and Linux and you know how to set up, configure and install hardware and software, including Microsoft 365 and common office applications. Ideally, you bring basic knowledge in Windows server administration as well as experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management. You speak fluent German and have at least good English skills (B2). Experience with JIRA and Confluence on the documentation and tracking of IT processes is a plus. You work service-oriented, self-organized and responsibly – and are ready to support on site in Berlin.
