Conception, planning and implementation of trade fair appearances and exhibition spaces focusing on planning, development and procurement of trade fair exhibits Creation of technical planning, including layouts, structures, details and interface coordination Ensuring a sound technical product understanding in the field of doors, windows and components Monitoring and control of budget, dates and costs throughout the project Coordination and control of external service providers such as trade fair builders, suppliers and agencies Structured planning and organisation to ensure smooth implementation Communication and coordination with all project participants to ensure a successful trade fair appearance

Complete studies, training or long-term professional experience in marketing, trade fairs, interior design or a comparable field of expertise Experience in organizing B2B fairs Embossed understanding of technology as well as pleasure in working with products in need of explanation High organizational strength, communication skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality Experience in dealing with agencies, trade fair builders and internal interfaces readiness to travel activities and loadability, in particular in trade fair phases Secure communication in German and English, ideally complemented by other foreign language skills
