Owner's representation to tenants, service providers, authorities, press etc. Ensuring ongoing operations and testing of maintenance measures Coordination of local staff Controlling and evaluation of the object and tenant performance (e.g. turnover and frequency) Preparation and monitoring of market research analyses and customer surveys, monitoring the competitive situation and development in the environment Ensure the fulfilment of the contractual provisions (purpose, opening hours, duty to operate etc.) and the home order Optimization of the shopping atmosphere and the service offer as well as media planning for optimal exterior presentation
