Support of the workshop council in the exercise of the rights and obligations of the workshop participation regulation and in the case of organisational and content issues Pre- and post-processing of meetings, translation of difficult facts in simple language Help in decision-making processes Design of group dynamic processes within the workshop council Support for meetings, training and external working groups Support in the production of written documents (invitations, logs, surveys, etc.) Support for basic care needs of the workshop council members

Completed educational or equivalent vocational training Multiannual professional experience in work with people with disabilities is desirable Identification with the diagram and the protection concepts of the Hanoverian workshops GmbH Sensitivity and respect in dealing with people with disabilities independent and independent operation very good communication and social skills Good knowledge of MS Office Identification with the diagram and the protection concepts of the Hannoversche Werkstätten according to GmbH driving licence class B
