Your tasks • Takeover of leadership or project responsibility in Go-To-Market areas (especially Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Revenue Growth) • Construction and optimization of processes, structures and metrics for the sustainable increase of ARR • Establishing a culture of Ownership, courageous testing and continuous learning (“Test. Fail. Learn.”) • Translation of strategic growth targets into concrete, measurable initiatives • Coaching and further development of employees in an AI-based work environment • Sparring with management on topics related to scaling, GTM excellence and People Transformation
