Construction site manager plumber - flat roof / metal construction (m/f/d)

The range of services includes classic fluff works as well as metal façades, metal roofs and sealing work on flat roofs and buildings. The company uses high-quality craftsmanship, modern technology and continuous professional training. You take over the independent management and organization of our construction sites in the area of flat roof and building gluing. You guide and motivate your team on site and ensure high performance quality as well as compliance with work safety. As a central contact for our customers and architects, you will ensure a smooth project sequence. Together with your team, you will implement challenging projects – from flat roof sealing with bitumen to modern metal roof coverings. You can efficiently control your projects using digital tools, from time recording via smartphone to digital building site file.

You have completed vocational training as a plumber, spengler or flaschner (m/w/d). You bring first professional experience in the construction site management and can safely initiate a team. You have a class B licence to reach our construction sites. Your work is self-organized and well organized, and you can enjoy the handling of digital tools. Very good knowledge of German is essential for the smooth consultation of the team and with customers.
