Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

You plan, create and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns You are proactive in the implementation, control, organisation and control of the company's external presence You regularly report on the performance and effect of communication and marketing measures and guide specific recommendations for action to optimize range, commitment and conversion You contribute to the planning and implementation of trade fairs and events You are responsible for product communication in the areas of formulation of USPs, creation and care of product texts, presentations and training materials You control external service providers and freelancers and bear responsibility for the allocated budgets (time and cost) You identify, evaluate and imple­ment new (marketing) tools and technologies Plan, control the organisation of print activities including control and improve corporate identity and corporate designs

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of BWL with a focus on marketing or (International) marketing You have experience in marketing or advertising, either in an agency or in a similar company You have very good knowledge of MS 365, Social Media (Instagram and LinkedIn), Adobe Acrobat Pro and Klaviyo o. A.; Knowledge of WordPress is beneficial You have a very pronounced understanding of planning and organization You are highly team-oriented and contribute to a positive and constructive team culture You work very carefully and in detail and can quickly adapt to new requirements. You bring strong creativity, develop their own ideas and find fresh solutions for communicative challenges You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
