The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. We accompany around 9,300 students in more than 70 courses on their educational path. The Campus Angewandte Forschung (CAF) supervises and accompanies all university members in the research and transfer area of A such as spin-off to Z such as future ideas. The CAF is responsible for research administration, junior scientists, transfer & innovation, foundation & entrepreneurship and the cross-section of Strategic University Development. The employment is first terminated until 31.08.2029 and in parttime (10 hours/week). An extension is sought.

Their tasks are the responsibility of the goPhD mentoring program for the targeted preparation of master students for a doctorate: Conception, implementation and further development of the goPhD mentoring program for promotion preparation, including the content, time and financial planning and coordination of mentor ground. This includes the selection of mentors and mentors as well as the coordination of mentoring events such as network meetings or workshops. You continuously develop the mentoring program with the aim of sustainable prayer to the end of the project at the university. Development and implementation of a targeted marketing concept for the mentoring programme to target groups, to the public and to transfer knowledge to the university community (e.g. through a guide). Administrative project management of the measure that THWS can carry out as part of the funding provided by the Professor's Programme 2030. This includes budget planning and monitoring as well as reporting to the promoter. Participation in the strategic development of the THWS Graduate Center as a roof structure to bundle all offers of promotion and graduation promotion.

Recruitment and remuneration are governed by the relevant provisions of the collective agreement of the countries with all the benefits customary in public service.
