Completed studies of childhood education, social education, social work or training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d) with corresponding qualification for a management function. Professional experience in a nursery, ideally with first leadership responsibility. Joy in actively shaping a new institution and taking responsibility. Representative leadership, organization and communication skills. Valuable attitude towards children, families and employees. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
