Description Construction, management and strategic development of the competence center Stahlbau Technical advice for sales to market-oriented and technically suitable steel construction solutions Development, evaluation and further development of steel construction concepts for high-bay warehouses Technical design of steel structures and coordination with engineering offices Selection, commissioning and control of steel suppliers and assembly companies Technical and organisational leadership of the team (project manager, construction manager, surveyor) Responsibility for quality, costs and appointments within the steel structure

Multiannual professional experience (5-10 years) in the field of steel construction, preferably focusing on SILO constructions Knowledge of different types of steel, profile types and interfaces (RBG, roof, wall, sprinkler) experience in static design, cooperation with engineering offices and commissioning of pre-measures Very good know-how to European steel suppliers and material qualities Leadership experience and competence in building new organisational structures Representative communication, negotiation and decision-making Readiness to travel within Europe and the USA
