Fund Administrator Finance (m/f/d)

As a fund administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for supporting a portfolio of venture capital and private equity fund managers. In this role, you are the contact person for customers in all administrative issues around the funds. In the role as fund administrator (m/w/d) you expect the following tasks: Own, full support of international clients and their shareholders Creation and coordination of English quarterly and annual reports based on HGB accounting and IFRS derivatives and IPEV guidelines Coordination and control of financial accounting and annual accounts of companies Payment processing via online banking and liquidity monitoring Creation of capital retrievals and the calculation of capital distributions, waterfalls and equalizations Calculation and verification of key figures of the balance sheet and GuV, NAV, Multiples, IRR and the Carried Interest Presentation and verification of contractual contents and investment and liquidity models Compliance with regulatory reporting (FATCA, CRS, BaFin, Deutsche Bundesbank)

To promote you as a fund administrator, you should meet the following requirements: Higher education in business or other financial or pay-related fields or training in financial Knowledge of German and English at a negotiated level in word and writing (German level C2 / English level B2-C1) Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel Self-employed, committed and conscientious work Ability to quickly adapt to challenging and changing priorities
