Project Manager Ramp Up Commercial (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of selected subprojects in the Ramp-Up-Team Commercial / Finance to build a hybrid shipyard independent development of all phases of the project, from conception, coordination and communication to solution development, implementation and organizational anchoring structuring the task, definition of work packages and creation of schedules and resources in close coordination with management Management and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as the formation of working groups for realising the project goals Direct processing of critical work packages and independent further development of the methods and methods used Preparation of complex facts in target-group-oriented, convincing documents and ensuring the necessary stakeholder buy-in Moderation of workshops and larger groups as well as professional presentation before project and customer representatives at all decision levels

Graduate (Master/Diplom) in the fields of Economics / Natural Sciences, (Economics) Computer Science, Organization, People Management or Engineering At least 2‐3 years of experience in consulting and/or in the design, production and construction (Ramp-Up) of new structures/sites, preferably in ship or plant construction Detectional practice in the management of multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary project teams as well as in (part-)projects to build new organisations, structures or companies Leadership experience and team competence, proven by successful leadership in different situations; familiar with modern methods/working methods Outstanding analytical skills, high affinity for developing and operationalizing complex strategies and strong business judgement Very good knowledge of how to use MS Office and database systems as well as secure communication in German and English Embossed self-employment, self-initiative, structured approach, detailed and technical understanding as well as high commitment and team readiness
