Completed studies as civil engineerin (Bachelor) or Dipl.-Ingenieurin (FH or TH) in the field of sewer construction, water construction, civil engineering, etc. Experience with or in a municipal building administration is desirable German language skills (min. C1 level) Important competences: Knowledge of drainage Self-employed, systematic and holistic work high degree of organisational capacity and flexibility safe, binding appearance and customer-oriented behavior pronounced communicative skills / negotiation skills social and methodological competence economic thinking and action good EDV knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) The willingness to participate in regular appointments also outside the regular working time (in the evening hours and, if necessary, on weekends) is assumed. As an employee (m/w/d) in the field of urban drainage, you are actively involved in the planning, development and implementation of future-oriented solutions for urban drainage. You help to improve protection against flooding and promote sustainable use of rainwater. Become part of a dedicated team and design the technical infrastructure of a modern and growing city. Planning (performance phases 1–9 HOAI), implementation and monitoring of urban dewatering measures (small and rainwater channels, channel remediation in the inliner process, thickening systems) including construction supervision, construction monitoring and documentation with associated object support Coordination and implementation of the maintenance of drainage systems Implementation and control of civil engineering measures with/without the inclusion of freelance engineers Planning and implementation of civil engineering measures on urban properties in cooperation with the competent offices Participation in the monitoring and updating of the channel information system Monitoring and control of dewatering concepts of private investors in the context of building plan procedures, including dewatering technology testing of construction applications in the course of construction permit procedures Participation in the planning and coordination of the legally required self-monitoring according to the SÜVO - sewage systems (tightness testing of the channels, functional testing of the buildings and rain retention basins) as well as planning and implementing measures based on the test results planning and the subsequent continuous updating of the city-wide general drainage concept Development of proposals to include dewatering and civil engineering projects in urban households Presentation of sewer and water engineering measures and/or drainage concepts in political bodies and/or public events and trade fairs.
