Implementation of tenders and preparation of tenders and invoices Monitoring and maintenance of appointment lists Collection and documentation of state reports and deficiencies reports Support in fleet management (car control, documentation, damage processing) Processing of input and output calculations Support of management in administrative tasks

Completed commercial or property training or comparable qualification Joy in working on new topics Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) Ideally experience in a craft or service business Structured, independent and well-organized working methods Teamability, loadability and high motivation
