Program Manager ERP - Transformation & Rollout (m/f/d)

You take over the overriding responsibility for our ERP transformation program (EOS) – from template development to rollout to ongoing operation. You conduct interdisciplinary teams, establish efficient structures and ensure that the program achieves its strategic, economic and operational goals. With your view for the whole, you connect technology, processes and people – and make measurable success from strategy! Programme Management & Governance: Takeover of the overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of our multiannual ERP transformation program (EOS) Leadership and coordination of project management, rollout and operation Establishing and maintaining governance structures (e.g. Steering Board, Change Advisory Board) Takeover of the program-wide requirements management – tuning, consolidation and prioritization of requirements across all streams Ensuring compliance with time, budget and quality objectives Promotion of process xcellence and efficiency enhancement incl. Change management

Stakeholder & Communication Management: Close cooperation with in- and external stakeholders (management, departments, implementation partners) Take over responsibility for program communication, transparency and risk management at management level Preparation and Implementation of Steering Boards, Status Reviews and Management Meetings

Resources & Quality Management: Overarching resource planning and control across all projects Introduction of KPIs, milestone tracking and health checks on quality monitoring Close coordination with our Solution Architect to ensure consistent technical and process decisions

Qualifications: Complete study of (economic) informatics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Long-standing experience in the management of complex ERP transformation programs, ideally in the commercial or building material environment Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Infor, SAP or comparable solutions) and their implementation and rollout methodology Experience in building and controlling governance structures and PMOs Secure appearance in stakeholder management on C-Level Proven experience in risk, resource and budget management at programme level Knowledge of change management, communication methods and end user training in the context of IT transformations Certifications such as MSP, PMP or IPMA Level B desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
