Product Information Manager / PIM Coordinator in Portfolio Management

You are responsible for the maintenance of information and (strain) data on the portfolio page, e.g. in the case of product creation, product listing and phase outs, and coordinates important interfaces at group and local level. You are a central contact person in the data process and a key driver for the colleagues involved and introduce yourself as a process optimiser. You support the creation of documents such as product data sheets, performance statements, master texts, labels and application notes and allow consistent data flow to the product information system (PIM). You coordinate the translation of the provided documents with the respective countries. You work across divisions between the portfolio divisions to coordinate processes, promote standards and cover temporary capacity peaks. You support portfolio management in all tasks and processes as well as in projects and product launches of the business unit.

You have a completed commercial/technical vocational training or a comparable training background, for example as an industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management, wholesale and foreign trade businessman/wife, merchant/wife for marketing communication or merchant/wife for digitalization management. You ideally have work experience in a comparable position. You bring expertise in the management of products within a product life cycle and in data management. SAP knowledge is a plus for this position. You have strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate with international stakeholders. You also work carefully and accurately. You think structured and have the ability to understand and analyze complex information. You communicate effectively in German and English; Other languages are advantageous.
