You are gaining specialist and executives from the technical field for our customers in the field of renewable energies You control the recruiting process from request to successful occupation Develop targeted search strategies and build sustainable talent pools You create appealing job advertisements and identify matching candidates via different recruiting channels You accompany applicants professionally through the entire selection process and ensure a positive Candidate Experience You perform administrative tasks relating to contracts and personal documents

Basic knowledge of personnel services including tariff regulations First experience in recruiting industrial and technical specialists and managers Found industry knowledge in the field of renewable energies Secure knowledge of basic labour law Communication strength, initiative and joy in networking Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
