Process mechanic for injection molding (m/f/d)

Inject injection moulding machines including peripherals such as robots and Variotherm systems, drive them and ensure a stable and reliable production process. Monitor the produced high-purity and standard products and ensure that our high quality standards and customer specifications are reliably adhered to. Ensure complete and careful documentation for transparent and comprehensible production processes – from handover notes and error messages to spray protocols and reproducibility master maps. Reliably collect production data in the BDE system, such as faults and rejects, thereby ensuring a correct data base for our production. Excess responsibility for quality: As part of the factory self-control, you document quality data in SAP ERP and ensure that deviations are detected and processed accordingly. Be careful, order and cleanliness (SOS) and consistently comply with the requirements for our clean room behavior as well as the handling of our high-quality HP products. Ensure professional storage, secure transport and reliable transfer of the produced molded parts to the further processing areas. Work closely with your colleagues and contribute to a safe, efficient and high-quality production process with your reliability and your sense of responsibility.

Successfully completed technical training, ideally as a process mechanic (m/w/d) for plastics and rubber technology, plastics technology (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession. Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience and first experience in a comparable function. A good technical understanding and joy in understanding and controlling machines, processes and relationships. Care, reliability and a high sense of responsibility distinguish your way of working – especially where quality and clean room requirements do not allow compromises. Team spirit and a collegial, supportive way are of course for you. Basic knowledge of German in order to be able to communicate safely and understand relevant documentation. Ready to work in shift operation.
