CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Technical object care: You maintain and control our building facilities, ensure their operational readiness and take care of the repair of technical defects and faults as well as the corresponding documentation. Maintenance and maintenance: You carry out maintenance and maintenance work as well as repairs and assist in construction and technical measures. Coordination of foreign companies: You coordinate external service providers and third-party companies, take over their assignment on site and control the technical and timely execution of the commissioned work. Building security: You shall ensure compliance with relevant safety requirements, in particular in the areas of fire protection, access control and verification obligations, and shall comply with established deficiencies.

You have completed technical or technical training, ideally as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, or in the field of electrical engineering. You ideally bring professional experience in building technology or a comparable position. You provide the necessary flexibility for monthly standby services and are ready to intervene on weekends in case of emergency. Your self-responsible and careful work will reliably perform your tasks. You appreciate cooperation, convince by a strong communication strength and convey information in a comprehensible and targeted manner.
