Leadership and strategic development of the BOXER department. Another focus is the leadership and further development of the organization. You are responsible for the orientation of the department as well as the development of employees, promote talents and create efficient structures, processes and decision-making. Superior coordination of internal and external stakeholders and KNDS internal projects. Ensuring close cooperation with relevant bodies within the KNDS Group. Reporting to Department, Division and Management. Early identification of risks and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures. Responsible management of contract negotiations, project presentations, conferences and internal votes. Analysis, assessment and preparation of program-relevant information as the basis of strategic decisions. Assessment of user requirements and control of the resulting measures in compliance with corporate standards and central risk management.

Successfully completed studies in the technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification. Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams or project teams. In addition, you are convinced by a strong leadership, a high degree of decision-making and enforcement, as well as by integration and cooperation. Long-standing experience in managing technically complex large-scale projects within the group or industry. Knowledge of military land systems, especially the BOXER system. Military training or experience in dealing with armed forces of advantage. Embossed technical expert knowledge and very good commercial understanding. Their mode of operation is structured, analytical and consistent. Complex issues prepare for different stakeholders to the top management level. A sovereign appearance, very good communication and presentation skills as well as intercultural competence complete your profile. High resilience, sense of responsibility, integrity and a pronounced readiness to travel are assumed. Lastly you have very good German and English skills, other languages of advantage.
