You assume the overall responsibility for business applications with a focus on CRM, e-commerce and increasing sales applications. You drive forward the strategic further development of the CRM and e-commerce landscape and ensure efficient, scalable system and data integration between CRM, ERP, e-commerce, middleware and EDI. You are responsible for the design, standardization and continuous optimization of end-to-end sales processes in the B2B environment (omnichannel, self-service, external service). You establish and control central demand and project management, including prioritization, roadmap planning, budget responsibility and successful implementation of projects and programmes. You lead and develop internal employees, control external imple­mentation and consultancy partners and act as a central point of intersection between departments, IT management and management by transferring professional requirements into sustainable concepts.

You have a completed study of economic informatics/infor­mation or a comparable qualification with strong IT and business references. You bring several years of experience in the CRM and e-commerce environment, ideally in B2B trading or in a complex sales organization. You have sound technical knowledge in at least one modern CRM system (e.g. Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and in the field of e-commerce platforms. You have a sound technical understanding of system integration, API-based architectures (REST / JSON) and data models – whether from their own hands-on experience or from the control of technical teams; Knowledge about EDI processes is advantageous. You have strong leadership and project management competencies, act forward-looking and strategic, meet stressable decisions and convince as a sovereign person at management level. Experience in cooperation with ERP teams (ideal Oracle) is beneficial.
