Project Manager Strategic Facility Management - IPAI Campus (m/w/d)

Artificial intelligence is the future and key technology and enables us to solve the challenges of the next decades. Only if the German economy creates a leading position in value added in the AI sector can it maintain its competitiveness and actively shape sustainable and ethical values. Through cooperation in the ecosystem, this transformation is achieved through the pooling of resources. IPAI wants to represent this platform. All with the aim of developing new business ideas and models through AI solutions, based on the foundations of sustainability, digital responsibility and European sovereignty.

We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) in the role of owner and user representation. You develop innovative campus operating concepts, drive them forward and optimise our real estate portfolio both for operational excellence and for the satisfaction of users – always with a keen look at the economy and sustainability. You develop and implement new and efficient processes to optimize the user experience on our campus. You analyze existing operations and facility management processes and identify potential improvements. You implement smart building technologies to improve facility management processes and services. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers. You define requirements and participate in the creation of KPIs and reporting in the context of campus operation.

You have a degree in economic engineering, facility management, architecture or a comparable qualification. You bring (multiannual) experience in facility management or process management, ideally in the context of large objects, campi or (city)qualify, as well as sound knowledge in lean management. You have a good understanding of the financial principles associated with real estate, focusing on cost efficiency and ROI. You have a strong analytical mindset and a strong problem-solving competence. You communicate excellently in very good German and English and are happy to work in the team.
