What you do with us:

You work in the product “Learning & People Development” and are responsible for the entire SAP SuccessFactors platform. Together with colleagues in HR, you will develop requirements for applications and systems to identify and support new processes. From technical implementation to 3rd level support and troubleshooting, you will ensure smooth operation of our systems. You configure, test and document everything around the platform. In addition, you will ensure the integration of the modules into our SAP HCM landscape and perspective in Employee Central. You constantly develop the authorization concept and pay attention to compliance with our governance and compliance. You will learn about current trends, planned releases as well as the roadmaps of your applications and systems. With your innovative ideas, you bring the user experience to a new level.
