Your tasks:

• Complete completion of business processes
• Participation in yield, customer and service oriented Tasks according to the service standards

• Information of all kinds of damage
• Treatment of complaints

Your profile:

• successfully completed training in insurance or , Projektmanagement (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in the processing of Motor vehicle damage
• Impressed service and operational readiness, combined with joy in dealing with people in the telephone consultation
• Strong target and solution orientation
• PC-Routine and a well-kept expression in German - in word and in writing
• Self-working and good written and oral expressiveness
• Joy to make decisions independent
• High readiness for change in a dynamic environment
