Head of Internal Audit (m/f/d)

You run the Internal Audit Office professionally and disciplinaryly. You are responsible for the technical, organisational and methodological orientation of the internal revision, including the further development of examination approach, examination instruments and the audit-internal understanding of quality. You assume the overall responsibility for the risk-oriented audit planning, the control of the audit implementation, as well as ensuring the technical quality and traceability of the audit results. You personally perform auditing and special tasks with particular importance, take over the professional final examination and approval of essential audit results. You carry on and develop the employees of the Internal Audit Office.

Completed scientific higher education, preferably law with second legal state exams, folk or business administration teaching or comparable degree course. Multiannual practical work experience in the interior revision. Secure judgment and the ability to independently evaluate complex facts. Impressed communicative competencies, in particular the ability to convey critical or conflicting test results to addressees. Personal integrity, enforceability, sense of responsibility and the ability to professionally handle different interests.
