Technical training in the field of electrical engineering, HLS (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities) EFKffT certificate available or willing to acquire it through training First experience in technical building management / facility management Strong communication with customers and users Very good organizational skills Own-sponsored and structured operation Teamability and service-oriented thinking driving licence class B desirable
