Further development of the company-wide risk management system: With your professional view, you will continue to shape existing structures and make a significant contribution to the development of new concepts, methods and strategic orientation of Enterprise Risk Management. Development and implementation of training concepts and web-based training: Through practical training and workshops, you strengthen the risk management confession in the company and anchor the topic in the corporate culture in a sustainable manner. Process management and central contact for risk managers in the areas of expertise: In close cooperation with different business areas, you will ensure a consistent, efficient and resilient risk management process. Quantification of risks and implementation of simulations for risk aggregation: Based on your analyses, you evaluate potential impacts on the company and create a well-founded decision-making basis for management. Implementation and continuous development of a risk management software: With your structured approach, you will ensure a transparent, efficient and comprehensible risk detection and assessment. Development and creation of regular risk reports for Management Board and Audit Committee: Through your precise processing, you create transparency about essential risks and support sound decisions at company level.

Completed studies in the field of economics, economics, mathematics, statistics, econometry or in a comparable course of study Professional experience in risk managementin a corporate environment, in consulting or auditing Experience in building or developing risk management structures and processes Knowledge of the quantification of risks, simulations and ideally in risk aggregation Experience in dealing with risk management software as well as in creating addressable risk reports Analytical strength in evaluating complex situations and risk relationships Communication strengthin cooperation with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels Self-responsible and structured working methods in controlling parallel topics and processes Very good knowledge of German and English
