Our DRK school and therapy center Raisdorf is looking for a

in part or full time with up to 38.5 hours/week. The place shall be occupied without delay. In the DRK School and Therapy Centre Raisdorf we accompany children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities on their way to school graduation and a self-determined life. For this responsible task we are looking for a dedicated leadership personality that takes responsibility with empathy and vision and shapes structures sustainably.

As part of the reorientation of our collegial, three-person leadership team, we are looking for a retirement successor*in. Each member of the management team receives a defined area of competence and decision. The team reports directly to the management and is responsible for approx. 120 employees. You will be supported by an area coordinator and 3 group lines. In total, around 100 children and young people are cared for, of which 42 live in our boarding school and 48 visit the day-care area.

A completed study in the social or educational field or a comparable training as well as many years of experience in the field of integration aid You can demonstrate leadership experience and succession. You are passionate about working with young people with physical and multiple disabilities.
