• Maintenance of personal master files and personal files
• Support in carrying out monthly payroll
• Maintenance of the time recording system
• HR Contact Person for Personnel/Invoicing Questions

DEIN PROFIL

You should bring this as HR Assistant (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial training
• First professional experience in personnel management
• Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Basic knowledge of labour, wage and social security law
• Preferably knowledge of SAP or DATEV
• Self-employed and structured work
• Embossed communication and organization skills
