For our customers in Veitsbronn, we are now looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator(m/w/d) that controls and optimizes the entire supply chain with a long-term vision and communication strength.

Your tasks:

• Planning and confirmation of customer orders for Sinamics inverters taking into account desired dates, material availability and production capacities throughout the value chain.
• Close coordination with manufacturing, engineering and material procurement to ensure a timely and high-quality order processing.
• Central interface and professional communication between customers, sales regions and internal departments.
• Supporting customer orders in the product start-up and run-out phase, including development and optimization of the required system settings and processes.
• independent customer support in the context of functional and visual acceptance as well as coordination and care of all necessary documents.

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed technical training as well as specialist further qualification (e.g. specialist or technician) with a focus on logistics, order processing or production control.
• Multiannual professional experience in the supply chain environment with focus on order processing and production control.
• Practical knowledge of the business processes make-to-order or Configure-to-order as well as basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and control processes.
• Very good knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PP modules) and safe handling of MS Office.
• Impressed communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners.
• Enforcement, decision-making and a structured way of working.
• German and good English skills.
