Your responsibility As a Management Board (m/w/d) you control the Ingolstädter municipal companies with a strategic vision and a clear understanding of municipal services. You combine economic action with sustainable infrastructure development and actively shape the future of the company. Your duties You bear the overall responsibility for the economic, legal and sustainable management of the Ingolstadt municipal enterprises AöR. You strategically control the cross-linked company with a focus on security of supply, economy and proximity to the citizens. You lead the business units operationally, develop a modern management and corporate culture and create attractive conditions for future-oriented personnel development. You shape the further development of the company, in particular with regard to sustainability, digitization and future-oriented investments in infrastructure and facilities. You work confidently with political bodies, personnel representation and administration and represent the company in the public. You consistently develop existing business areas, in particular inter-communal cooperation, from economic and strategic points of view. You ensure compliance with legal requirements and ensure effective risk and crisis management.

You have completed their studies (Univ./FH) and have a high level of expertise in the fields of water management, hydrogeology, drinking water hygiene, wastewater treatment and wastewater treatment, as well as a strong technical understanding. You bring several years of experience in a leading role, for example as a company manager or factory manager, in a municipal cross-linking company of the supply and disposal industry. You have good commercial knowledge and experience with contributory and fee-funded costing models. You stand up and create confidence – both in the public and in political mandates. You are characterized by strategic thinking in the concerns of municipal welfare, decision-making and a clear leadership style. You are willing to volunteer in local top associations.
