You guide our team hydraulics/hydrology professionally and organizationally and continuously develop it. You conduct challenging projects in water engineering with a focus on hydraulics and hydrology independently from design to project completion. You'll start hydraulic and hydrological calculations as well as numerical models (1D, 2D and ideally 3D models). You develop flood protection concepts and process rainfall drainage models for water economic issues. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and advise our clients competently on technical issues. You ensure the technical quality of our projects and support the acquisition of new projects.

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You bring about 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in water engineering with a focus on hydraulic/hydrology. You know the relevant technical regulations and have experience in the planning and processing of challenging water engineering projects. You have very good knowledge of hydraulic and hydrological modeling and work safely with common specialist software – ideally with Hydro_AS-2D and SMS. You like to take responsibility, evaluate employees and work structured as well as independent. You convince by a safe occurrence towards clients and project partners. Your knowledge of German is safe or better.
