System Technician Technical Service & System Support (m/f/d)

You are the first technical contact person for our customers and internal teams: you accept requests, analyze comprehensive hardware and software errors and find targeted solutions. You document all processes and solutions in the Jira Service Management system and provide clear updates for the management team. You work closely with colleagues at international locations and with external IT experts. You communicate regularly and proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to progress, solutions and open points. You support the installation, installation and commissioning of our systems, both remotely and occasionally on site with the customer.

You have a completed IT education or training, a study in the IT field or a comparable one. You have experience in system administration and IT support or technical service. You know Windows, are familiar with version control, Microsoft Office, Remote Desktop, VPN and SQL. You have very good English skills, are self-initiative, work structured and can think analytic and abstract. It is a plus if you already have experiences with virtualization and container solutions as well as automation scripts. You are ready to travel occasionally and have a valid license.
