Accompanying project teams on site – with a clear focus on implementation, CVP and further training Support of the project teams in the creation of schedules with Koppla Sustainable anchoring of new working methods Implementation of training and workshops as well as qualification of employees in the introduction of Lean methods and tools

Completed studies (e.g. civil engineering, economics) or comparable qualification Experience in Lean Management/Construction and Process Improvement Building site experience as building or project manager Strengths: Enforcement, Enthusiasts, Communications Relevant experience in implementing holistic lean systems, methods and tools.
