Your New Task

• Begleitung, Pflege and Support of Children and young people according to their individual needs
• Support for training and Learning ** in the context of the open full-time school
• Structure and Structure of educational leisure, project and support services
• Promoting social skills, creative expression and movement and community learning
• Support for conflict solutions and strengthening of a respectful interaction**
• Observation and Documentation of individual development processes
• Confidential and -estimating cooperation with teachers and guardians
• Structure and Contractable relationships to pupils
• Support for life-spractic abilities and in particular situations and crisis
• Active participation of a positive and value-estimating school life

Your profile

• Completed training as Social pedagogical assistant (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Sensitivity and Freude at work with children and young people
• Good opinion, Responsibility and organisational skills
• Teamability and Communication strength, especially in cooperation with teachers and parents
• Reliability, self-employment and Structured mode of operation
• Creativity and Engagement in the design of educational offers
• Geduld, Loadability and Conflictability in dealing with challenging situations
• Openness to diversity and different situations of life
• Ideally first experiences in social education or training
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
