About the place We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Associate to strengthen our growing team. Your tasks Creation and review of regulatory reports (e.g. statistical reports, COREP, FINREP, liquidity)
Ensure that notifications are submitted in time, correct and consistent with relevant regulatory requirements
Take responsibility for key reporting topics and active participation of important processes
Competent creation and transmission of statistical and financial reports to supervisory authorities
Support for strong reporting governance, documentation and monitoring of regulatory developments
Support in quality assurance and contribution to the continuous optimization of reporting processes
Working with the technical implementation and integration of the Financial Data Warehouse
Building strong relationships with upstream reporting functions and data-supplying teams (e.g. risk management, treasury, accounting)
insights into financial and risk data in a rapidly growing and highly regulated environment
Background 1–2 years of experience in regulatory reporting (or comparable) within a bank, financial institution or consultancy firm
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Bank Business Training with Key Accounting (Regulatory Reporting)
Flowing German and English skills
Skills Confidence with regulatory frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, KWG, liquidity and capital reporting and statistical reporting
Knowledge of IFRS/HGB and internal control systems is a plus
Experience in communication with supervisory authorities is advantageous
Experience with data tools (SQL, Excel or BI tools) – or the willingness to develop in it BAIS identifiers or experience with another reporting software are an additional advantage
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to cross-departmental cooperation (Finance, Risk, Data, Accounting)
Strong organizational skills, high detail accuracy and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Self-starter, proactive, independent, but also team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
