In this role, you will lead the International Tax Team and bear the global responsibility for the Group's international tax strategy, the fiscal planning and optimization of the legal corporate and financial structure (especially with cross-border reference) as well as the tax efficiency and tax risk management of M&A activities and intra-group restructuring. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the international tax team within the Group Tax Division of Infineon Advice in the central functions and business areas worldwide on international tax topics and developments as well as management of all internal and external stakeholders as part of the implementation of measures Global responsibility for the financing and dividend strategy Responsibility for tax efficiency and tax risk management in particular of M&A projects and corporate restructuring for the entire Infineon Group Head of interdisciplinary and multifunctional projects Drive the automation and digitization of processes within the department

You have a high degree of balance and enforcement strength and their strategic approach allows you to make and represent decisions. Your excellent communication skills, as well as their safe and convincing appearance allow you to build a stable network at all levels. You know the strengths of their team members, use them accordingly and support them in their development potential, with a sense of cultural differences and working methods. A completed economic or legal studies or a comparable degree, as well as a successfully completed tax consultant exam, exams as a specialist lawyer for international tax law or a comparable training in Germany or abroad can demonstrate. At least 8 years of professional experience in consulting (ideally BigFour), in a comparable role in financial management or in the tax department of a multinational company Extensive experience in consulting other multinational corporations in the field of national and international tax planning Long-standing experience in international M&A transactions (in particular Tax Due Diligence, SPA Tax Advice, structuring & Integration) Very good knowledge in the field of conversion law and conversion tax law as well as of external tax law, corporation tax law and commercial tax law The impact of tax-planning measures on other functions (e.g. supply chain, value flow, accounting, legal etc.) can be safely assessed It is preferable to have basic industry knowledge and basic knowledge of company law Have fun working in multinational teams Very good communication skills in German and English (word and writing) have
