Coordination of the civil engineering of various structures in the walking area (electricity, street lighting, LWL, signal cable) in the planning phase Internal coordination of the structures and implementation of collision checks in the walking path Coordination of construction measures with competent authorities such as civil engineering, green space or transport authority Collection of necessary approvals and opinions (e.g. landscape protection, geology, combatants) elaboration of performance lists including mass determination and integration of expert results and regulatory requirements Implementation and support of tenders for civil engineering and cable laying – independent or in cooperation with external service providers Support for alerts from other departments or external partners Monitoring of construction measures on site Maintenance and development of internal standards and operating manual documents for civil engineering and cable laying Creation and maintenance of documentary documents for procurement processes Implementation of tenders for annual works (default, cable and cable works)

Completed studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc.) with deepening or many years of experience in civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of civil engineering works in public space (min. 5 years) Experience in the preparation of tender documents and in the implementation of tenders Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of technical regulations and requirements for civil engineering works in public space and for the laying of power cables Car driving licence Class B Embossed analytical skills, communication strength and organizational capacity High team capability, reliable and independent operation Presentation capability, time management, solution-oriented approach and conceptual thinking Loadability, flexibility and sovereign appearance
